乐泰 HYSOL KL G450H/HYSOL KL-G450HS/HYSOL KL-G450HCJ/HYSOL KL-G450H (CJ) epoxy molding compoundcontains no bromine, antimony or phosphorus flame retardant.
This material is designed to achieve JEDEC Level 3requirements, at 260°C reflow temperature for a QFP package.乐泰 HYSOL KL G450H meets UL 94 V-0 Flammability at3.175mm thickness.

StorageStore product in the unopened container in a dry location.Storage information may be indicated on the product container labeling.
Powder Storage - Powder or preforms should be stored at 5oCor below, in closed containers.
After removal from coldstorage, the material MUST be allowed to come to room temperature, in the sealed container, to avoid moisturecontamination.
The suggested waiting time for a standard 15kg carton box is 24 hours.
